THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY

Aerison are looking for a positive and experienced Mobilisation Lead to work on major resource projects our tier one clients. Your responsibilities will encompass leading a team and manage the mobilisation function to enable the effective planning scheduling and mobilisation of labour to our shutdowns and projects.

  • Lead the mobilisation team in the efficient coordination of operational people and assets, ensuring a high level of compliance to process and information standards (data / reporting) is maintained.
  • Ensure the personnel maintain effective communications with employees and the operations teams for the purpose of confirming future work assignments, managing availability, managing ongoing compliance, and communicating mobilisation / demobilisation requirements or logistics.
  • Review and manage company wide mobilisation processes and effectively partner with the business to achieve organisational outcomes.
  • Provide specialist professional rostering services and advice, including leadership, support and guidance to others in the team
  • Continually analyse rostering needs of the designated portfolio and contribute to strategic business planning consistent with organisational objectives.
  • Ensure the effective flow of information and communication between the operational and resourcing teams
  • Act as an escalation point and resolve issues and concerns that arise
  • Provide reporting and updates as required
  • Deliver training and advice on set processes and systems to operational stakeholders

What you will bring

  • System knowledge of Rapid Crews and PageUp
  • Strong focus on customer delivery and service to our stakeholders and clients
  • Experience with RIO TINTO advantageous.
  • Proven experience performing business wide Resource Management tasks, ideally working with major resource clients.
  • Ability to present at the senior manager level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understand, forecast and working with the business all workforce planning needs
  • Display positive and respectful leadership and work as a team.
